In principle, consumers resident in the EU have a right of withdrawal in distance selling, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction that is not part of the operation of his or her business.
If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act and reside in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of digital content without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (“right of withdrawal”). You can find more information on this in the withdrawal policy below. However, you do not have this right if you download the purchased digital content before the end of this period.
With your explicit confirmation of the loss of the right of withdrawal as well as after the provision of a confirmation of the concluded contract by e-mail, you can download the digital content immediately and not only after the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is fourteen days and starts from the conclusion of the contract, i.e. from the time we confirm acceptance of your order.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or email sent by post). You can use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you;
In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
